I have a Yenis red armed mantis. It seems to be doing so well. My first mantis was eaten by crickets, don't ask it was the missus who brought the crickets home. Anyway, I find mantis' so fascinating, I love when I am able to catch it eating the flies. I recieved my mantis as an L2, and it has already done a moult so would it be L3 now? Can it overeat to the point of it being unhealthy? And, I started a FF culture but the only thin I had available to use was uncooked fettucini noodle that were very curvy and wavy, do you think that I will run into any problems from this? Again, I am happy to be a part of a community where I can share my interests.

welcome! Just use some vinegar or honey or rotten fruit, fruit flies will find you.
I have seen several of your comments on this site and they have definitely made me laugh!

Right now I am using repashy superfly. I did manage to get some flies before with a rotting banana though, although knowing how to further my recipes is very helpful.
