Love the emotions! I have dinner plate and smaller Hibiscus seeds for those of you who need a large plant for the mantis to set up housekeeping on! They seem to love em. The big flowers hide the mantis as do the leaves. Whenever I want to see my mantis I just turn my head upside down and there they'll be, hangin around. The hibiscus seem to draw the bugs that love their color and flavor so I always have an abundance of free food available. The hibiscus are hardy to zone 4 and 5, and are perennials, so they come back every year. I will put a pic of them on the Mantis Photo Gallery. The mantis also are able to hide right on the blooms due to some like the Orchid Mantis blend right in.
