What should I feed them? The smallest is an inch and the biggest is an inch and a half.

House fly? Or things of that size.. Blue bottle... Some roaches will do.
Sounds like they are on the transition side and should be ready for the stable or house flies. The GB or BB flies are likely too large for them, unless they are aggressive eaters. Rebecca at MantisPlace sells both fly versions at her store. In the meantime you can feed them 1/4" long crickets or so.
