how do U feed and raise ghosts?

mantis place has a fertile ghost oothe. and thats what i was thinking about trying next. Never raised babies before. is it the same as the guides I've read for other species? Just fruit flies? Any suggestions and advice would be well appreciated.

No different than any others. Feed nymphs fruit flies until they outgrown them. Ghosts are small so they will be able to eat fruit flies for awhile. After that you can go to bluebottle flies which ghosts can continue to eat due to their size.
