How long between moults?

My orchids are showing signs of getting ready to moult again (not feeding, skittish), 12 days after their last moult. Is this about right? Temperature is 20-25c and humidity high. They get fed daily on crickets atm.

Definitly close, the female moulted last night

I think they are L5 or 6 now. Will post pictures when I get chance.
