How long does it take for fly larvae to hatch?

Hey!! My mantis is due for feeding soon but I don’t have any full-on flies on me atm. How long does it take for flies to hatch? I don’t wanna starve my little man ;o;

1. Normally  1-5 days once removed from the fridge, for BBFs at least.

They’re house flies! Because My mantis still seems a bit too small for those.
