I realize that many factors go into like temperature, diapause species etc. but just in general. Assuming a steady temp of around 80 degrees or so maybe a bit higher how long would it take. Or how long has it taken for your ooths to hatch under your conditions. I'm just trying to get an idea. What was longest it took an ooth to hatch, the shortest and for what species?
Partially because I have several ooths from two female D lobatta one I know was not mated the other I never witnessed mating but the female and male were together for several days. The thing is I wasn't really expecting anything and I mixed up the females so I don't know which one was the virgin and which one may have been mated but they both laid 2 ooths. The ooths look pretty much the same if there is a difference between fertile and non fertile.
The ooths were laid probably 3-5 months ago.
