I've been breeding Creobroters with only one lucky male and multiple females. One pair spent the night in the same enclosure and the male was definitely interested, just slow to act. I fell asleep. Ā Obviously, I can't be certain mating occurred... so an ooth from this female would be worth hanging onto, but worthless for trading.
To make a long story even longer, the female laid an ooth just a few days after the sleepover.
Hypo question - Would an ooth laid only a few days after successful mating have any chance of being viable? Note: the female's abdomen was already distended before mating as if she was building one up... if that's how it works.Ā
