how long should i wait to feed my mantis after it molts?

my mantis just molted for the first time in my possession!i was wondering how long i should wait before i offer her food again.

 
I find 24 hours is standard. most mantids will take food 24 hours after molting, earlier than that they can hurt themselves running from it because they're still soft.

you also shouldn't touch or hold them until 24 hrs from what i've heard :)
