First, don't wait till the exact moment she has finished the meal that was suppose to be distracting her. Two, don't overshoot your jump flight and land right in front of her like a tasty meal from the heaven's above. Three, if somehow you manage to escape her claws and clammer on her back, don't keep shifting your right back leg and kicking her in the side. When she repeatedly turns back to glare at your offending leg, there is only one thing on her mind.

I fear this is going to be a long, long, very long night...

He survived to tell the tale! After four plus hours he made a remarkably smooth get away thanks to his wings. I could see some spermataphore clinging to my girl so it looks like the connection was a success.

Rofl. Cayla is a sweet girl but her sister Cabo would just as soon eat me as look at me she's a very evil little girl. I love them all for their different personalities, I just love Cabo from afar or after she's had about five medium crickets *grin

The boys are all awesome and my little oxy girl Piper is a sweetie too
