How soon can I feed after a molt?

My orchid mantis just molted about 16 hours ago, at about midnight. When should I start feeding agian? She's been refusing food for about three days so I assume she's hungry. I'm feeding fruit flies.

@Aquaticcreature Generally 24 hours is recommended to ensure the nymph is completely hardened. Which is now passed, so she is ready to eat.
