How to delay and accelerate nymphs development?

Hi all. I'm reading a lot about if i want to breed orchids from same ooth i need to delay males and accelerate females. How do you guys achieve that? Can anyone share a method with me? Thanks a lot. I'm loving this forum.

Its pretty easy! Keep the males at room temp and feed sparingly. Keep the females at about 85° or at least warmer than the males, and keep them well fed. The males will be slowed because of the cooler temps and the small amount of food, while the females' growth will accelerate because of the abundant food and warm temperatures.

Keep the females fat. Feed the males small meals 1-2 times/week.
