I don't know what to think

So, I overzealously sprayed one of my ghost nymphs. She got caught in a drop and was trapped on the floor for an unknown amount of time, partially submerged. I freed her and she perked up and started crawling and cleaned up her legs and seems to be acting relatively normal. Should I be worried? Could she have respirated water? Or could it have damaged her exoskeleton?

If it is acting normal I would not worry.
