On my own computer screen. Lol he blended into a brown portion of a game I was playing. He has serious skills, at not moving.

Cool! My mantis enjoys watching me play computer games. I literally lost my shield yesterday, I let him out of the cage for some exercise, to chase and chow down a cricket, and something came up so I forgot about him until later on. I couldn't find him anywhere. There was a pile of cricket legs on the table, but where was the mantis? I stayed up until 2:30am trying to find him, and it turns out, he was standing right underneath the T5 lights that I hang above my mantis enclosures. He had his little head turned towards me, with the expression "What were you looking for?"

I'm justspreading the love. =pscared me KK, not nice!
They sure do enjoy watching us scramble. I have some higher plants in my room and the mantises will often gravitate to them and then spend the rest of the day spying on me down below.
This have happend to me to before, i put my adult Hierdula grandis on the pc screen and then i put my eyes away for some mins and he was gone, searched everywhere couldnt find him and went to bed after hours of searching, the next day i found him under my Tv bench and was still healthy and fine. after that ive been more carefull and been playing with my mantises in a locked room, and im pretty sure they like to be on the pc screen because of the heat. i often let them sit on my screen and gave them some honey on a toothpick.
