I want to purchase a large Mantid for Terrarium

I am a beginner, a nature lover, recentlu retired and want to start an invertabrate hobby.

I live in California. Where can I buy a mantid? My email is [email protected] I am getting my terrarium tomorow at PetCo.

You can buy mantids from breeders like us.

Awesome. You can buy eggs (called othecae) at garden centers, like Home Depot and Ace. Those are usually Chinese mantises. You can get cooler-looking mantises from people on this forum.

By the way, I got an aquarium tank for mine at PetCo for $12. I separated it to house two mantises.
