Greetings, so for several months now I have had these tiny gray moths that appeared out of no where inside my feeder roach containers. Attached is a picture. Does anyone possibly know what kind of moths they are? I thought they were maybe clothes moths but they don't quite look like them. Or some kind of grain moth. I tried researching them with no absolute positive ID so far. There are so many moths that look similar!

I have been feeding some of them to my smaller mantises and they love them. Are they a viable option for rearing for food? I did try rearing them but the container became infested with grain mites so I had to get rid of it. But if they are a bad kind of moth then clearly I don't want to be propagating them, such as clothes moths.
