Does anyone have a picture of an Ooth with mold on it? I understand that mold can kill/destroy an Ooth. I have 3 out of 7 Ooths that I've owned which never hatched... well... one still needs a couple of weeks to be sure. Any help identifying what this mold would look like is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

I don't think I have ever had an ooth that got mold on it. If it does you need less humidity and more ventilation. I wouldn't worry about this personally. You're making this simple hobby harder by worrying about such things. :)

i was told by a fellow canadian breeder (alexpan on this forum) that if you have mold on a oothecae, you should get oak leaves and make a tea with them, then take a brush and rub the tea on the ooth he explained that it will stop mold from forming
