Idolomantis-Help!

Just got an expected package with some spinys, orchids and others but also some unexpected idolo nymphs! How should I care for these, never kept this species before! Thanks in advance for help.

the link sally provided is the best source for information on how to care for idolos

dont feed them crickets, it can be detrimental

feed them fresh food only

maggots/flies are best

make sure they have something easy to grip as this species is prone to falling during a molt

be sure they are warm enough

dont provide too much humidity, but also not too little

keep an eye on them!
