If yo were to keep a light on to warm the ooth is it better to keep it on 10 hours a day by before going to bed I would turn on the light and let the ooth incubate till the morning then turn off the light or would that be backwards as to turn the light on at a set time and then turn the light off once night hits cause like 10 or so at night I turn the light on and go to bed and then 10 or 11 in the morning I would turn the light off!

I personally have my lights on a timer. They come on at 6 am and go off at 8 pm. This simulates a normal day/night cycle. You can do it backwards if you want as it won't hurt anything. I just prefer lights to be off at night.
