i just recieved two ooths a few weeks ago and ones a chinese and the other is religiosa and wonder if its too late to try to hatch them and let some of the nymphs go in since it is almost july.I want to try to release some of them in and around my garden and some other places in my yard once both ooths hatch as its kind of late in june.I got the ooths after ordering one of them a few weeks back and the other over a week ago and got both of them at the same time!

They will still hatch, but by November they will be subadult. I have had some hatch in July so I would know.
alot of sites that do sell the native mantis ooths do say to release then anytime from early to late spring and throughout july and one site did say august too but i am going to hope my two egg cases will hatch way before august but sometime in july!
