She is currently molting, but not hanging on anything and has he face down against the floor, will she make it? Or no??

Omg pick her up by the butt shed without damaging her butt.

Use locking forceps or SOMETHING to let her finish. 

Did she have a suitable molting surface. To hang from? Looks like she fell.

Let her hang head down. She'll have to climb up her shed. Dont intervene any fuetgwr at this point, other than resuspending her by the shed.

Ooh, shoot. That's really not good. Do as hysteresis says, but it's too late to try to move her. At best, she'll be slightly deformed. At worst, the deformities will be so bad that she cannot live.

She just got out I think, what are the green things on her back though?? Here's a photo of her now.

Ok, it looks like she'll be ok! DO NOT bother her right now. The green things are her wings, because that was her final molt. The wings will inflate and if you don't bother her, they should settle in position on her back in a few hours. The danger is past for her.
