I introduced a male Creobroter in my female's cage and he ran to her and he grabbed her claws and then the 2 fought a little bit. Is this supposed to happen?
Some males will do that (rushing over) but that's not preferred in the wild since that kind of tactic usually gets the male eaten.I introduced a male Creobroter in my female's cage and he ran to her and he grabbed her claws and then the 2 fought a little bit. Is this supposed to happen?
okay thanks katnapper, say, can you please unblock me? I don't think I did anything that you should have blocked me for. Thanks. Anyway the 2 have been at it for a good hour and a half. When she's ready. No way to tell.

oh, okay. but just in case it's a personal question, like how I emailed you about that issue on my website. I am not offended by your choice to block me, because it's not because your mad at me. as long as we're still friends!Glad to hear your mantids are mating well! As far as unblocking you... it's just that I don't have time or room in my Inbox for all of your letters. It works better for me if you have a question, to ask it on the boards.
