My Creobroter gemmatus female is almost a month old already + mated and still hasn’t laid any ooths. I’ve tried already tried increasing humidity and temperature.

Is it possible she is egg bound? Or sometimes females take a long time to lay ootheca. What about surfaces to lay? Is there plenty of sticks and or leaves or other types of things for her to lay on?
You could try putting her in a different container or a larger one with lots of different surfaces to lay. Sometimes females are picky about laying areas.
