I have been more than patient with delays but after a year of sporadic communication and promises, partial shipments, mantis nymphs that died in shipment due to improper packing of delicate nymphs, I am out a sum of around $1,400.00 over a period of a year’s time for promised items that were paid for and never delivered. My last communication was over a month ago- came with a promise to check on a request for fed ex shipment and then no further contact from Josue. I now have absolutely no response at all to requests for a resolution that both of us could live with.</p></blockquote><p></p>
