Just missed - bud wing mating

I was going to mate my bud wings today. The female has been ready for a while and the male turned 3 weeks today. Unfortunately she laid a big unfertilized ooth today. How long should I wait to try to mate them again?

Atleast a week or two budwings lay about every 3+ weeks so you have some time,sometimes longer,it just depends on how fast they get the ooth cooking and how much they eat lol
