I purchased and paid for 2 P. paradoxa ooths from krut on January 16, 2009. They were promptly shipped, but they never hatched. On March 18, 2009 I sent a PM and email to krut, letting him know the situation, and cordially inquired about possible remedy. To spend $55.00, and get absolutely nothing out of it, is a disappointment. Although communication with, and responses from him were very slow and seemed reluctant, he did eventually refund the amount I paid for the ooths on April 27, 2009, minus the shipping and heat pack fees. I do thank him for that, and commend him for his consideration and conscientiousness in standing behind his product.
