My L4 ghost mantis just molted. It's turning a nice greenish color! It ate a pretty big house fly after it molted. It's been four days since it ate and it doesn't want to attack any more prey. The house flies died off too. Should I continue to try and offer it house flies? Or switch to a different food option?

@Ratmosphere Likely your mantis is just not hungry, males especially can go extended periods of time without eating (and is more common when males are adults). The houseflies are the right size feeder for a L4 and no need to change, as it is a favorite of all mantids. Even as adults they will eat houseflies, as I often catch a mix of wild flies in the warmer months to feed my mantids (primarily bottle flies and some houseflies). :)
