So I had some ladybugs eggs I found outside because it was goning to rain hard today and today they hatched and it rained real hard what do I feed them I can't release them now cause it is raining

They'll mainly feed on aphids.

Adult ladies will readily accept cotton soaked in honey water. I would definitely give that a try for now until the rains subside.
