Ladydugs

I bought a bag of ladybugs from my local Fred Meyers and my mantids LOVE them. I'm curious thou if I can farm them and not have to keep buying them. Anyone have any knowledge on this, I'd be greatful.

You would need to be able to collect large numbers of aphids or culture aphids to feed the ladybugs. It's pretty easy to get them to lay eggs if they're well-fed and the larvae are also carnivorous and have an appetite for aphids.
