We talked on the phone and agreed what type of shipping would be done and of course price. They did the total opposite and the package came 8 days later than what was told on the phone and it was the wrong mail carrier we has specified. I was slightly disappointed, but at least my flies arrived alive. We no longer use them and now produce our own on a much larger scale. Good customer service but bad follow through.
