I have them listed at Elytra and Antenna. I think the millipede book is useful and includes important husbandry information, however, if you're looking just for more in-depth AGB info there's an Invertebrates-Magazine backissue with a good article. It's easy to figure out which issue by the cover photo (often it's not).
