hmmm, actualy, has anyone tried to have something hold or brace broken parts before somehow ? I have saved fallen mantids by re-hanging them, took 2 molts to recover, but i mean like special medic treatment, like lil mantis stint or crutches. Or even replace the leg with tooth pick or paper clip like a pirate ! lol :blink:

A long time ago somebody on here made a new pair of legs for a mantis. I just had one that molted and lost the tips of all four rear legs somehow. I knew that the next molt was going to be difficult. So I figured if I could use some low temp glue to attach the mantis to the cage roof by the legs it would be able to molt. It molted but was in a heap on the floor. The legs are the same, if not worse. Survived but I think I would have been better off not trying to help.
