How do you do it so?

Help my anxiety and depression,

when no one else can.

Little mantis, little mantis,

how do people measure your worth?

Just because you’re an insect.

That you don’t deserve love and respect?

All life is precious

all life is important.

Your my best friend,

the love and patience you show me,

is more than most humans.

Little mantis, little mantis,

I don’t care what others think of me.
You’re my best friend,

and thank you for always being there for me.
