local mantids of austin tx?

Just wondering what kind of mantids ive been catching and keeping through out my childhood here in austin texas. Thanks for any feed back.

Hi another Texan !! There can be many type of species of praying mantis in Austin. At least 5. A friend of mine caught a L. Minor recently in a place near Austin.

Wow I had no idea there was such a wide range of mantids here, i always figured it was the same species! Thanks for the info and ill make sure and keep an eye out this yr and try to post pics of what i find.
