Looking for large species, older instar.

I have a friend who is looking into getting mantids for her young boys, and she asked me for help in finding the right mantids for them. I'm looking for larger species such as Rhombodera, Sphodromantis, Hierodula, Tenodera, Stagmomantis, Deroplatys, etc. I also need older instars, preferably L5 or older. Not adult please. 

Females are preferred, but I'm open to males as well. I am looking for two, not necessarily the same species.
