I am surprised with my limbata I bred them yesterday morning and it has been over 24 hours and their still going it at it and sometimes think that some males have the ability to breed for longer periods of time within their species as some go way longer or shorter then others!

Wow, those Limbata put my Cryptics to shame! They only mate a half hour at a time. I guess Cryptics are the "Two pump chumps" of the mantis world 
well the female bent her abdomen in half to get the spermatophore out and I am sure she is fertile as I think the males when they mate and keep going for a day or so make sure the female dont take it out right away I think so thye stay inserted I think to give the spermatophores a chance to empty and be used but just a guess!
