finding these now, males around now females will be out in 2-3 weeks

gonna sell wild caught adult pairs for $12 shipped but they r kinda limited in number, last year i caught 12 adult males but only 4 females

anyways here is an adult male (who is already spoken for just waiting for female) i caught at a light thursday night

dont worry that's just a drosophila hydei on its back

they like to eat strawberries, cut one up and put it in a sealed container in the fridge until soft and juicy

Could you feed strawberries that r juicy like in the photo to any non-insectivore beetle? I have a cool one I caught with a pretty tan shell with black dots, a little bigger than your Lucanus capreolus.

 
I meant any non-insectivore beetle besides Lucanus carpreolus, sorry
