Male budwing threat display?

Finally raised my first mantis from nymph to adulthood and it turns out my budwing was a male. Since they have longer wings, I was wondering if anyone knew if they had a threat display with fanned wings? I've yet to find a picture and I don't wanna injure it by provoking it, so I'm leaning towards no.

Totally off topic- Have you kept him in a 32 oz cup his whole life? I'm wondering if I'll have to move mine when he's older.

Glad it helps. I can easily see that, as males only get 1.5", which is the max size of my Egyptian Pygmy's (Miomantis paykullii).
