Hi I am looking for a male dead leaf mantis either in sub-adult or adult stage (as young as possible). I am happy to purchase him or arrange a deal of some sort.

If you are searching it for mating it with a female, you have to point out wich species it is. Deroplatys desiccata or lobata? Or even some of the newer ones like D. trigonodera?

Well, you should know if you want desiccata or lobata (sorry, I have neither the one nor the other).
