I have two D. Lobatas, both of which are now mature. While the male is a little uncertain, whenever he gets close enough he immediately goes for mounting the female.

Unfortunately, since he is about half the size the female easily knocks him off. She doesn't attack, but she'll start walking and he has a hard time holding on, but keeps going for it. Any advice? xD

Is she knocking him off with her back feet or turning around? Is she arching her back to look at him?

Give the female a cricket. While she will be occupied with the meal, male will be able to calmly and securely attach himself to the female.

She mostly just kinda kicks him off and tries to walk away. There was one moment where she did turn around, but did not attack him.

It doesn't sound like she is ready yet. Have you seen her calling at all?
