Hi.

It's a catalogue of "all" fossil and extant species of mantids. Unfortunately, it is full of faults and bizarre systematic positions. I prefer the one by Ehrmann.

Do u have the name of the book by Ehrmann?

It's in German, and may be sold out already. However, the name is "Mantodea - Gottesanbeterinnen der Welt", NTV Verlag, 2002.

Hello All,

Christian is right it is the greates book on mantids.

Well worth the 100 dollars I paid for mine.

I ordered mine 2 years ago from England, my friend got it for me.

Another good one is The Praying Mantids by Prete, Wells, Wells, and Hurd.
