Mantis hemorrhoids...?

I have several Chinese mantis’s and a wide variety of issues going on but my biggest curiosity at the moment is with what appears to be what I can only describe as hemorrhoids. Please see attached picture. My biggest concern is will this interfere with mating? I have 3 mantis’s with varying degrees of this issue. Is this common or normal? Can he mate without issue? I haven’t been able to get any of my males to mate with my female.

Ive heard of "hernias" like this. I dont know you can do anything. You could apply liquid bandage and that may strengthen the structure. People dont like it when I suggest the use of flexible liquid bandage. I havent needed to do this yet myself, so "caveat emptor".
