Mantis species Id?

Hello I am new here just found this site. I found this mantis inside my mother's home In July. She seemed to have a injured eye. So I took it home and took care of it. Her eye got better and she molted once. Everything was going good.

But on the weekend she made an egg and died few days later. I just wanted to know her species.

I don't know what part of the country you found this mantis but my guess would be Stagmomantis limbata (Bordered Mantis) based on the blue lips.

Like the others said, that's definitely a Stagmomantis limbata. They are the only native species to show the blue lip.
