Mantisplace under new ownership!

Hello all, this is Nick Barta from Mantisplace.com. I have had the opportunity to create Mantisplace.com, where “one stop shopping” is a reality for the mantid hobbiest. It has surely been an exciting time for me, and I have met some great people. In beginning this business, I really didn’t really see the potential, but now it is crystal clear. My challenge is not how to get customers, but how to keep up with the customers!

My consulting business (my “real” job), requires a lot of traveling, and my partner, Ben Barta has been able to cover in my absences. His return to college has limited his support, and to reduce the time Mantisplace.com was taking from both of our schedules, I reduced the number of mantis that we stocked. This defeated the purpose of the “one stop shopping” that we built our customer base on, and removed the most exciting part of this hobby-new mantis! It was time to pass the business on to another who would continue the successful growth that was begun.

As I was looking for someone to take over the business, Rebecca Salutric, known as Hibiscusmile one of my first mantis suppliers (and the most amazing bug room in the Forum), was my first choice. She has many species to offer, great new products to venue, and very important to me, is honest and caring toward people. Becky is the new owner of Mantisplace.com.

I am a bit confused as to how you transfer ownership. Are you giving her the rights to the domain and the 'business' title? Mantids too? I know she has quite a few, but do your remaining stock get transfered to her as well?
