Miomantis Caffra Sub Adult Pair. These guys get FAT. Females are FAT, males look scrawny like most other species. Males are about the same length as females, but just not so FAT.
Nymphs of this species were meant to survive. They would not die. Puny L3 would handle blue bottle flies! Boggled my mind! Communal until I ran out of food for a couple days then I watched the cage decrease in population by 60% each time. =D
This species also seems to stay green no matter what. I kept my cages butt dry, yet they still stayed green.
If you want prolific dwarf sized Sphodromantis like mantis that DON'T DIE at early instars, these guys are for YOU!
