My mantis has her molt stuck to one of her legs, is there anything I can do to help?

I sprayed some water lightly in her direction in hopes that it might help.

She is also trying to eat it but she's eating it head first..

EDIT: she has stopped eating it now, it's still there. I'm guessing this will probably cause permanent damage to the leg?

If the rest of her has already hardened, you'll probably end up damaging the leg if you try to pull it out as it'll no longer be flexible enough to be pulled out. She will either bite the leg off herself or it'll stay as it is until she molts again--though it will probably not be a successful molt and she'll probably lose the leg anyways.

If you wet the leg, she may be able to slip her leg out if you hold the molt. Otherwise, they can heal a bit of damage after each molt.
