Molting

I just received 2 baby tiwan Mantises, and am curious for baby mantises whats the best way to help them molt? I want to see what everyone says because they are due anyday now and want to be prepared. Thank you

Misting/humidity is key, make sure you remove feeder insects, and make sure they have a place to grip that is high enough to get out of their exoskeleton. Other than that you'll be good to go
