Oka here is my 3 little mantis .. and some of the setup I use . I'm new to this starting to Learning about Mantis . Just Ordered an Hierodula unimaculata Ootheca from Frey Waiting to Use this for Hatching.

I'm not sure too not many type you can Buy in Canada which Sucks... took me 1 mth to find 1 seller in Toronto . Due to Chinese mantis is out if the season Canada on carry the Chinese Mantis for pest control. The guy sold this to me said these are Sphodromantis species I'm not too sure tho. Feeding them FF's they molt 2 time in 1 week is that normal ??? Or I feed them too much :stuart:

I'm a League of Legends guy too, I play on the NA server. Usually spend more time watching the pros than playing (CLG, Epik, TSM, etc.) but when I do, it's usually in the 1200-1500 ELO range.
