Ok Just making sure if this is a ok way to set up for breeding giant asians and giant shields

I got a 5 gallon or little larger tank right now and have set it up and been using it since last summer and now have a light thats in one of them dishs with a clamp and got it clamped and put in front of my tank facing it and going to keep it on in the daytime. I plan to try anyhow and put only a male and female in it that I will breed! So would this be a ok set up the bulb is like 65 watts I think and the tank has like a metal screen on the top but dont want to put the dish laying down on the top getting the screen too hot or fry the mantis so anything else I would have to be sure to do so not to turn my male and female into crispy kritters? The tank is set up on top of my guitar amp as well but thats not affecting anything though!I want to succeed in breeding these 2 species so trying not to make too many mistakes and figured I can at least keep one small space set up as best as I can to try to do my breeding and what have you!I dont plan to heat the entire room like this but want to start out with my tank and see how it goes from there!
