My new Avatar from my Ghost Nymph photo

I just purchased my very first macro lens last week (have wanted one for several years now... and YAY, finally got myself one!). Have taken some pics of my new Ghost and Giant Asian nymphs. One of my other hobbies is graphics and photo editing. And I got the idea to make myself a new Avatar with one of them tonight. Just a simple little animation, but I thought it came out pretty good for a quickie attempt at doing something with one of my new macro photos. I'm not a whiz at photography, and am still trying to learn how to use my digital SLR. :wacko: Here is the original pic of one of my new little babies...

And here is the animation I made from it... was just trying to make something a little different and unique.
